Just months after commencing operations, Groundex has secured and successfully delivered its first project. Groundex’s founding director, Thomas Pine, played a key role in providing project management and construction support to Fortec and Avopiling Foundation Specialists. Together the team successfully completed the piling to support three bridges along the Great Northern Highway south of Kununurra, on behalf of Main Roads Western Australia.

This piling phase of the project involved the placement of eight 750mm diameter bore piles into rock including pile testing.
