Groundex – The Beginning
We are pleased to announce the new business venture, Groundex, which is an Australian employee-owned business, providing ground improvement solutions for clients.
Managing Director, Tom Pine is at the helm of the Ertech Group’s new specialist engineering business. Tom brings over 15 years of specialist experience in ground engineering gained from engineering solutions and overseeing the successful delivery of over 300 ground improvement projects.
Groundex’s primary focus is on engineering smart ground improvement solutions for clients in the infrastructure, resources and building sectors in Western Australia.
The Ertech Group brings four decades of experience in building infrastructure for public and private sector clients to the partnership.
Over the last decade, the Group has invested in several niche businesses, including contracting entities Geomarine, Fortec and now Yaraandoo, which is an extension of a genuine and long-term commitment to Indigenous participation and development.
The Group’s earlier investment start-up business, Duratec Australia, is now listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
